You So perfectly described the experience of myself and honestly despite decades of personal work these are the challenges I still face. I have traveled a long journey of self love and acceptance as we all are called to do. Unraveling all the projected lies, self recrimination, shame, guilt, intolerance of aspects of me is certainly a challenge but so worth the outcome of serenity, acceptance and self love 💗
