So true snd I have been guilty of that. I recognized it was used as a means to keep myself safe snd often disconnected. While I recognize I am different than many and bring certain gifts healing love and awareness
I see too who my teachers are. Tough yes but it is the worthwhile work of evolution. It is the difference between allowing fears to rise or sinking deep into the one heart.
